那你就说你对其中的一种UNIX比较熟.LINUX好多人都装在自家电脑上呀. SOLARIS的网管材料你可以到docs.sun.com. Good luch in your interview!

Hard to say "MOST popular". They may use AIX for IBM machines, HP UNIX for HP machines, Solaris for SUN machines. They are very similar.

I don't know exactly what they will ask me, but I think most of the system administration work will include creating, modifying, deleting users/ groups, setting up securities etc. How to deal with those tasks in UNIX?

不知道看得怎么样了除了用户管理，还要看看初步的网络管理，文件系统管理，FTP的缺省（默认）用户设置，进程管理，RCP，UUCP等远程复制，先想到这里，其实用起来都很简单，如果考你难点让你编写个SHELL SCRIPT的话，没一个礼拜是不行的，如果这几点有什么不明白的可以问

没想到你对UNIX也这么了解。我以前只做过NT和NOVELL的网管。UNIX几乎就没接触过。我现在刚看一半用户和组的管理。记不住呀！你说的shell script是不是.profile.login.cshrc FILE呀？是的话，我想现在只能硬背example了。

shell script是跟dos下的.bat差不多的，把一堆unix命令组合在一起，来完成特定的任务，但由于UNIX下面的命令很多，而且都功能强大，所以shell script能完成许多意想不到的任务

忘了说，各个不同的UNIX下面可能有点小的差别（比如我知道，AIX的管理命令是SMIT，SCO UNIX的是SCOADMIN，LINUX的是linuxconf)，但基本的东西是一模一样的。所以你也大胆点知道了就说，不用怕UNIX系统不太一样，主管也会理解细小的差别
