There is no such a thing called minimum salary for h1-b visas, yet...the salary a h1-b holder gets should be comparable to the salary paid to a native american who is holding the same position. this is by law not to let employers to use low salary to attract foreign workers. you should find out the market price of your position and that is the minimum to go. otherwise, the NIS will not approve your case. good luck.

it depends on where is your Employer located. different area has different salary requirement. you can check the certain information from Labor Department in your Region area. good luck.
