我觉得只需要提供你在中国的无犯罪纪律公证就可以（如果只是在除加拿大之外只在中国居住的话）。时间必须涵盖过去五年的时间。

补充一点，这是我个人的经验之谈。当时本人基本情况：不足一年新移民，government job, 要求security clearance. 一份无犯罪纪律公证搞定。
