立刻回去找他们，坚决要求将Quit更正为Parental leave，Quit是申请不到EI的。说不通就要求见Supervisor。谨记越大的头儿越好说话。有一点不太明白：ROE应该是你公司的人事部门帮你申请，为什么要你自己去找什么Agent？这是什么样的Agent?

就是说他和Agent签的约，再被Agent派到公司去干活，所以要回去找Agent要ROE，是不是？没有这类经验，所以有此一问，不好意思。谢谢

你可以去HRDC的有关地方去咨询，他们会告诉你怎样保护你的权利。他们不能这样做，FOR SURE。否则你记录下来你们每次谈话的记录，警告他们你可以告他们违法操作，他们就不敢这样了。咱们一定要积极争取自己的权利，否则他们更会欺负你。不用怕，有法律保护你。

She is cheating you. I am working in the personnel dept. of a company. According to my knowledge:There are several reasons for the issuer to choose such as sick, dismissal, quit, parental leave....she should give you an original copy of ROE when she sends it out to HRDC. By presenting the copy of ROE, You then go to HRDC to apply for EI by yourself. You can directly go to HRDC to complain her...

我老公在另一个城市找到工作，我的原来的雇主在我的ROE上写的是due to relocation，我在一周后收到ROE，接着我很快拿到了EI。我的印象是，如果你在两周内没有拿到ROE，停止干活的那天后开始算起两周后，拿上你的pay stub，直接去找Human Resource，带齐你认为可能有用的资料，我相信你会得到你的benifit的，不用担心。
