no, 风险是 cannot rent it out :)). house is for yourself first, then investment, not for the others to share.

前一阵陪朋友看房子，发现多伦多地段好的地方楼花卖的很好。你有闲钱不妨考虑一下，而且成本不高。几年后自住、出租或再卖都可以。风险：几年后，不排除现楼比楼花价低的情况。
