先去申请VISA. 我当时考试问过,不收现金. 你也可以按楼上提供的网址先选一个考点,打电话问问.

Some test centre are selling vouchers, you go down there and pay either by cash or check. After 2 or 3 days, you got your voucher and then go online register your test with your number. You even can pay CAN$.
