CFA不单是考试就能得到的。考试分三级，一年一级。每级的通过率都是50%左右（今年是44%）。但是真的成为CFA，起码要有三年相关工作经验。

实话说，CFA Level I 的内容并不难，只是需要大量的时间去记忆。我的同学们都是4月底考完试才准备的，用了一个月吧，全部通过。

到了一定级别，需要一个CFA为提高前途，证书非常有用。没有一定职业经验和背景，硬去考证书，不和你的职业道路和当前发展阶段结合，证书不能保证高薪。我认识有考cfa需求的都是老板出钱读的，而不是读了才被要的。

I have three friends got CFA last year. They can't find the job in investment bank. And I know their salary are all less then 80k. One is only 60k. I really can't believe the number you provided.Plus, they all have Canadian degrees and with many years of banking experiences in Canada. Can you let me know where your statistic number from?
