there are about 30 chinese people here (kids included). for sure no china town. life is boring, especialy in winter.

Are you kiding or what? I don't expect a hugh Chinese community there. Butif there are grocery stores where you can buy Chinese stuff for cooking, that would be nice. It is just too difficult to change my eating habit and taste.

serious, not kidding. there is a vietnam store, where you can buy some chinese stuff, not much , and expensive.

for me, we doubled our every-day expense (or even more) than in Toronto. rental is cheaper though. which kind of apartment do you want ?

city is not bad. no big difference between 1 bdr and 2 bdr. Good luck! if you decide to come, do not hesitate to ask my help if i can do anything for you
