It is the company's property if the code is used in the product, unless you have contract stating that you own the codes. You know what you are doing does not mean others will know as well:)

Exactely, you should be able to express orally for whatever you want to demo with the running programs. Some GUI snapshots will be good idea.

你可以把一些UI打印出来, 或者给他们看演示版. 我面试的时候甚至曾被要求出示以前做过工程的代码片段.

It is normally happened for entry to intermediate level. They are not quite sure about your actual abilities after the questions. And may also want to see your coding style, convention stuff, or logics on function level.
