工作学习 / 事业与工作 / 请问contract的工作有没有什么保证（合同之类的）？是不是老板高兴让你走人，你就只能走人？本人在做了2周的CO－OP后，得到了一个contract的offer。但刚做了三个月，公司说8月份业务不是很多，让所有contract的人（算上我有四五个人）回家待一个月，说是九月份再招我们回去。不知道回去的机会有多大？我要不要开始找新的工作？请问contract的工作可以持久吗？非常感谢。

not easyIt all depents on yourself. It is self-employed. There is no any commitment from employer to you. Even for full time the boss
can let you go regardless your full time status. It is hard in downturn.
It is good for upturn. You have to update yourself constantly on technical
skill and soft skill. It is tough for people over 40s. The contract duration is around 3mon-1yr. You have to bet your luck.

正规的contract是说明从几月几号干到几月几号和时薪几何的。如果没有正式合同，通常是没活了就叫你走了，尤其是小公司。给2个星期的Notice算客气的。建议你不要报太大希望能回去。
