This works. I followed very similar approach with food. No Carb (rice, noodle etc, no red meet and no sugur. 20 lbs down within 2 months. Now just stared excerising. thx for sharing

但不能一点儿都不吃。女孩不吃碳水,皮肤会老的快。
Should be whole wheat or brown rice.
