Different companies have different policies. Some companies divide it by 12 and some divide by 13 and give you the leftover month before Christmas or before your holiday.

2500 is for every month - after tax already. Otherwise, 50,000/12 should be 4166.6666666..........

monthly还是除12。比如你申请信用卡时若问你monthly income，就得除12。如果你问发工资，不一定。有的公司一个月发一次，有的一月两次，有的两周一次。我倒没听说分成13次的。也许有吧。
