I think it depends on the job. Normally, the first interview will focus on your technical skills. while in the second interview, you will be introduced to a bigger boss.

not sure. I think they might ask you to give a brief introduction. But they might not. But they will ask you quite some technical question in the first round.

In the HR centre, there will be some books for the general HR questions.
My experience is HR->Tech->HR again. For HR, your smile will be enough.
