我做了一个project,给我们Marketing team的所有Managers和Directors 作了性格测试,目的是加强他们的teamwork.我发现Marketing的人是有共性的,他们大多expressive,see big picure, creative and willling to change.我有一次和Marketing SVP,两个Marketing Directors开会,实际上是讨论性格测试的project。我发现他们三个人大部分时间在同时说话,我告诉了他们我的观察,他们一齐说“真的?”,然后又开始一齐blah blah。而财务部的人与Marketing恰恰相反,他们重视details,不太愿意elaborate,基本上是“show me the money"type. 事实上就象你说的,Marketing和Finance开会经常是disaster,经常互相嘲讽。
