i bought this car in last year, but someone told me that my car is made in 1997, so i have to do emission test in "Ou3 Shu4" year. Thanks.

Thank you so much...but one question more, i know i can renew my sticker over machine.so if i get the emission test result, and could i renew my sticker using this kind service? or i have to buy the sticker from the officer? Is this department on strike now?
