yeah, I got the telephone number. but there are three options :1plea of guilty-payment out of court;2.to plead guilty with an explanation;3.trial option. which one I should select?

If it is your fault, I suggest you select option #2; If you are sure it is not your fault, you can choose option #3. In this case, I think the police is usually right, so option 2 is your choice.BTW, if you don't care the money, your points, or you really don't have time, you should select option 1.

我看只要是告票就是上庭 上庭还有机会赢 要是就这么认了 就一点机会都没有了 就算警察在百忙当中出庭 就算你输了 也还是不多叫钱 要是你会 说什么 四川话， 上海话的 就让政府找翻译 等到一年半载后 找到了 警察都调走了 你嗨不是赢吗
