周一刚开完一连串的会， 偷空儿搂一眼 才发现这么热闹。Being able to adapt communication based on audience at different level is a important component of communication skills, no matter internal or external. Which I really want to improve upon myself. That being said, personally I like Joyce's article and look forward to more good articles from Joyce and 各路大侠!
