3年21万公里，仅仅开local好像不太可能，应该是常跑highway，这样就没问题. 跑高速里程数是高了，但对车的损伤并没有开local的厉害。

If you are sure that the previous owner spend most of time on highway by his car, I think it is a good deal because the car's abrasion on highway is better than local.

不能买, 这样的车一般保养不好, 平时开车时也不会很小心爱护. 后患无穷.

我也听说不要买off lease的车，一般很少保养，使劲开，剩下卖的就象垃圾了。

Escort is a very small car/wagon. It's redesigned on Mazda 323 in 1992. Performance is good. Save gas. But not enough power. It's good for a new driver. But I think the mileage is too high.
