希望这些建议对大家有用吧。我觉得任何人都有一个毕经的阶段，就是当你觉得跟本地人说话一点也不再觉得怯了，觉得和中国人说话一样的comfortable。那就说明你的英语达到一定水平了。另外，language只是个communication的工具。我听过很多local说话，也许他的话很长，但当你把他的话解析开，其实point很简单。而且，在公司里win respect and support的关键，不是在话多，而是在有没有good points。This rule of thumb in communication applies to anyone, regardless local or Chinese.
