刚看到。一般是前刹车盘磨损得在圆周方向上厚薄不均，放在什么机床上磨一下。以国内的经验，买新的也不贵，也不太难更换。先去问问价钱再说。上面朋友说的对。

no. I mean: rotor. Pad is cheap ... IN Canadian Tir, Change 2 rotor with pads including work = $249. So, 2pad=$49? A rotor = $120 or so

不是pad. 我还不太熟悉对应的英文词，应该是disc吧。只pad不会导致“弹脚”。

Break disc with break pads in front wheel; Break drum and break shoes
in rear wheel. Any new discs still need to do disc rebuld(one pass cutting on both sides of the disc with a rotator machine).
