i eat everything but just never too much. do not like anything fried or any coke type of drinks, do not like too saulty and sweet stuff. my experience is,make sure by the time you go to bed, you'd feel just a little hungry, drink some water and go to bed. i'm still at my weight of 10 years ago, wearing size 0 or 2, after giving birth to my son.

Unfortunately, I used to have lots of bad habits which contribute to my over-weight body, I am trying to change them and make new and healthy habits. Hopefully one day i can be size-ZERO-girl :-).

congratulations! glad to know it works for you.but don't lose too quickly as it's not healthy. Also once a while if you're really craving for food, just eat, no big deal, especially the time before period. The week after your period, is normally a easier time to lose weight, if you control well enough. i hope this helps.
