1.If off lease car is not bad, why didn't the sales just tell me the truth?
2.I agree with your issue about the color, but I don't trust this dealer any more. Who knows how many problems of this car they lay me?

I think it's OK. cause if you buy a second hand car at 9600 . after 4 years, you will get nearly nothing as well. but you have to drive a second hand car for 4 years in stead of a new car

200/mo, NO WAY!!come on!! 200/mo can buy no car, trust me! the cheapest I can see is Hyundai Accent 199/mo + .15 tax + $1350 down, but it's mannual trans. with no a/c, do you want to drive such a car? by leasing, a car you can drive away usually costs you as much as 300+, after tax

There is government agency overseeing car-dealers, you can find it in YellowPage. Call them.You should be able to get your money back. Period !

I think lease back car is OK, normally the dealer will balence the warrenty.

要看运气，但决不能买Dealer的！我去私人处买，觉得里程(2yr/40k)和卖车理由(wife has a new job which offer her business car)都reasonable ....目前为止都很满意，就是去Dealer处做maintain是很贵的。
