sorry, miracle. I don;t know. I am using Molesh Monex too. But I do know there is a web site or telephone number that can help you find out the cheapest insurance company for your car.Somebody posted it before. You may want to search by 汽车保险

通常应该是先买好保险再买车,否则除了无法提车.我问过5家保险公司,monnex算是最便宜的.你可以在黄页上查各个保险公司的的电话,然后逐个询问你的车的报价,找一个最便宜的就行了.像你这样没买保险就开车,很危险的,万一运气不好出了车祸,你有可能倾家荡产的.
另外询问车险的报价时,绝对不要为了降低保费而说谎,否则出车祸后,保险公司可以因为你说谎而拒付报费.

不一定非要入专业人士协会，你可以比较各家保险公司的价格选择一家，如果你驾驶记录良好，保费会慢慢降下来。我也是渥太华学的，没入任何协会，现在的保费和入协会的差不多。
