枫下家园 / 爱车一族 / 一件怪事：2001HONDA CIVIC LX 在定期维护6000KM、12000KM、18000KM........，但是当我前几天去第一次保养是却被告之：已经改成8000KM、16000KM、24000KM......，并用圆珠笔把保养手册上的里程改了，让我到8000KM再来。找他们部门经理问得到同样回答。我觉得他们有欺诈行为（买车时没告诉我维护情况）。（另外本来我就认为新车头2000KM就应换机油，然后5000KM再换一次，以后每5000KM换一次。）这个DEALER是:

其实无所谓找谁，每次都是不同的人接电话。我第一次打去只要他们的报价，并没有说要买保险，我当时还不是CPAC member，他们可能想做成我的生意就保了一个不算高的价格给我并给我一个reference number，于是电脑里就有这个报价纪录。到正是买士报出reference number 就按那价成交了。后来他们还建议我连财产险一起买，那么还可以再减汽车的保费，总帐算下来每月多交几毛钱 -guest:Grace; 2001-7-24 {185} (#143021@0)

我知道每次的人不一样，不过，价格一旦报出，他们一副“就这价，爱买不买”的德行！我也挺奇怪，第一辆车原想总的要我百八十的，谁知道只要我$70/month,当时还有些受宠若惊。

我在Vancouver买的CIVIC是2000款EX与你不同的是，我的Dealer从3000Km开始就频繁地催我去做Maintainance,又是电话又是写信，还让我上Honda的网站注册。我觉得新车没必要保养那么勤，就一直扛到6000Km才去第一次保养，免费。但被告知从下次开始就要收费了。现在车开了一年多，还不到1万Km，又开始接Dealer的信，说我该做12,000Km的Maintainance了（连时间都给我Book好了，大约需要一个半小时），真是不胜其烦。 -guest:Bby; 2001-7-23 {347} (#142114@0)
