积碳说明燃烧不完全,油气混合比例不合理.原因很多,主要的有:空气滤清器阻塞,进气不不畅;火花塞达到寿命极限,不能产生足够强的高压电弧;喷油嘴阻塞或不畅,喷油不能很好的雾化;电脑控制回路的传感器特别是氧传感器失效...有些检查须借助仪器,个人没有条件调整或修理
积碳的结果是油耗增加,尾气不合格,加速无力.

C la. Will this problem affect the life span of the engine? If the emission test just passed the bottom line, does it mean the problem is not so serious? many thanks.

如果有其它选择，就先不买这车。积碳很多吗？有一点积碳也可以理解，毕竟是8年的车了。价格是否很便宜？

Thanks so much. It's camry and not cheap. I'm a careless man in selecting the car. The seller haven't done the emission test yet. He promised to do it, and I had paid heavy deposit.sigh~
