旧车没问题, 不过关于可以进口的车加拿大有规定, 最好先上网查一下.
具体手续很简单, 开车过来登陆的时候在关口办一下就行了

我想你是从美国过来,入关是简单,但上牌就麻烦了,因为两国的安全规定不同。我有个朋友,开来后被要求做很多改进,费了几千元,后悔死了

haha, 看来每个人的经验不同, 我的车正好反过来, 在美国做inspection的时候好麻烦, 到加拿大过安检反而特别容易

You may imported it. But an old car may cost you a lot to repair the brakes, tires, lights etc. to pass the safety check. I know many people repair the brakes and tires in US before importing old cars, or just sold them and bought one in canada.

Or maybe 8%, I never figure out which is which. But, if you buy a used car from a private source in Canada, you pay that much tax as well.
