Almost same.I am not an expert but I think they are almost identical in engineering. Only slight difference in the trimming. It's a kind of marketing tricks auto-makers sometimes play - give the buyers a sense of "individuality" at little additional costs. Another example is Ford Mercury is almost same as Contour.

没有特别大的区别，比较欍的车质量和日本车相比，相差较多建议买日本车
虽然我并不喜欢日本。
