那个广告下面部分是公司的薪资通用标准贴上去的，不是针对这个职位，你看里面也注解针对sales职位的薪资待遇等，这个与SWE无关。我理解这个范围是销售/工程师/program manager 等不同NG工作的范围

我家娃去年底拿的加州stripe ng offer，第一年134k+34k annual grand+14k bonus+20k sign in bonus总包 200k左右，但最后没去

谢谢信息。看来跟网上的信息差不多，10% bonus。签约奖金一次性两万，跟很多公司一样。不知道RSU在IPO前如何变现。
