But―they still require human override. The driver must remain alert and ready to take control if the system is unable to execute the task.

Level 3还是要求人pay attention的，所以这个responsibility嘛，你懂的。你没pay attention，他就不用负责了！！！你pay attention出事，那更是你的责任了！！！这种没有clear ownership的责任本质上就是扯皮，看谁更有钱更powerful，是你个人还是Benz了。
