谢谢，查了才发现我out了。Dell originally went public in 1988; the company went private in a leveraged buyout in 2013 at $24.9 billion. In 2018, Dell returned to the public markets in a complex transactionin which the company bought out shares of a tracking stock for what was then Dell's stake in VMware (VMW).
