好点的rate --100左右 --比较合理 doesn't make sense much. Reasonable means 'general'. 好点 means better. So better rate is 100, then general rate is 80?

I only make about 100. I thought it is better than general rates. But I don't see there is a lot of positions with over 100, unless you have special skillset, such as SAP, Salesforce. Can you give some example?
