问题是下了offer的说是明天之前就要signed offer, 我非常想去的那家公司今天才通知我明下午要给我第三轮面试。我是签还是不签，不签：如果想去的这家最后没有给我offer我怎么办？不就鸡飞蛋打了吗？签了：如果这家想去的公司最后也给了offer，怎么跟第一家交代？

Most reasonable hiring managers would give you more time.Some might not. Then you figure out the next step. At the same time, you should tell the second company that you have an offer pending and ask them to expedite their process. You need to manage the hiring managers a bit.
