Do you know how to find a general volunteer job? I guess you can start from there. Search volunteer job the way as you do to pay job.I don't think there is a specific way to find a DBA volunteer job. Search rolia using volunteer/义工 as keywords. Read the 事业与工作精华区, you can find a lots of information there.
