工作学习 / 事业与工作 / 紧急求助： 正在用IBM笔记本，忽然屏幕便黑，只能恍惚的看见一些字，各位大狭请帮忙，是硬件出问题了吗？重新启动时屏幕是正常，但是还没有进入Windows就又便黑了。是不是因为开机时间过长？

Hi, casnowing!This unit is out of warranty since last Tuesday (Feb. 11). You may contact IBM customer service and explain to them that unit has had problems since Feb. 8. Sometimes replacing LCD is very expensive.

Please call IBM customer service. If necessary, you may need to give them a copy of your posts (in Rolia) to show the problem appeared before the expiration date. Sometimes they give customer an extension. Good luck!

absolute hardware problem. believe it or not. i know a chinese guy named mark, running a sel-employement computer business.my laptop was fixed up by him, same trouble, costing c$100.

你的笔记本能够进入CMOS设置吗？如果CMOS设置时能够显示正常，那不太可能是硬件的问题。另外，试一下DOS程序，也可以判断是否是硬件问题。

我的电脑有同样的问题。结果自己打开显示器修好了，但盖子上不上去了。主要问题是有一根线接触不好，找了很久。当时我还有一个解决方法，就是买一个二手彩显，接上去用。总比扔掉电脑好啊。祝你好运。

先在Canadian Tire买了一套钟表螺丝刀，花了6块钱。我的显示屏下方有一些胶垫，把胶垫拔走就看到里面的螺丝了。打开螺丝后，发现显示屏的盖子是倒扣的，必须慢慢用螺丝刀去抠才能打开。不知道你的笔记本结构是不是一样，应该是大同小异的。
