I don't think there is law saying how much, company policy only. depends on how long you served, position, reason being laid off etc. check with HR, if you feel unfair, talk to them, or even fire a lawsuit.

4%是Vacation fee。法律规定雇主必须给雇员每年两星期的假期，或4%的工资补偿。其他的裁员补贴没有硬性规定，雇主愿意给就给，给多少他自定。

I am same to you. It seems to meI am same to you. It seems to me that you will be paid one more week after they issued a lay-off letter to you if you had work for the company 3month-1 year. 4% is vocation fee which has nothing to do with this prolonging payment period. I am waiting ROE now.
