Your attitude is too much negative. I know there are lots chinese immigrants in Bell and TELUS. In order to get a position, you need luck for sure. But it is not a mission impossible.

Yes, so many chinese guys got offers from telecom. But it's two years ago. Now, the telecom industry is a badest industry all over the industries. So it's almost impossible mission now.

ur chance is slim but there are some, if u try hard enough u might get a contract offer to start with.there are already a big number of insiders who have the skills but waiting for transfer to those good positions from where they currently are. normally the Tele-company would only hire high positions from outside. or they have their coordinate agents look for their candidates from outside.
