在ＨＲＤＣ（劳工部）办事处有领ＲＯＥ（record of employment)表格,你可以去领表回去要原雇主出具ROE，但是你要在ＨＲＤＣ问清楚，一，你这种情况是否可以吃ＥＩ，二，你这种不连续工作的情况他们怎么计算，他们会给你解释清楚的。
