按照你说的情况，确实需要仔细考虑。既然你知道这里的普遍行规，那么，我觉得你应该讨论一个稍微长期的合同，比如头一年xx%，达到目标的话，下年xx%，开始可以按照行规来。以后再长，但一定保证这个条件写进合同里去，不要他们口头同意就算。

因为这也是你自己喜欢的发展方向，所以，可以考虑刚开始不要太高，先保证自己得到这个位置。

My 2 centsyou've given a full picture. I guess you may share some of your thoughts frankly with them; Or you may consider asking a contingent commission by accepting a lower basic one, i.e. you may accept 50%, however, negiotiate extra ponits, say, 5% or 10% as a rewards/bonus (whatever you call it), if your overall revenue or profit is above a certain level. contractor虽然没有benefit，但：大家都还年轻，benefit还起不了太大作用；很多费用，比如牙医，按摩，如果你付现金，价格可以降低很多，花费不是特大；从省税的角度看，特别是把收入分给家人后基本不上税即使同样收入总额，contractor剩下的现金可要多很多。我做过1年contractor，比现在permanent工资还略低，但银行存款增加很快啊。如果不是经济形势不好，我宁愿做contractor。 -eglington(eglington); 2003-1-13 {162} (#973201@0)

thanks all of you, I will make sure every thing is on paper, they post the adv 3 months ago, I am the only one reply them,no competitor. Making my price resonable so both of us can make money and convince them it is reasonable price are very important. actually, I never worried about of getting laied off if I can make same gross in come as now and the store keep running.
