没有时间读书呀，成天忙碌谋生，其实我早就知道去多伦多实验室只有两条路，1.本地名牌大学计算机科学硕士毕业。2. 没有本地名牌学历，有出类拔萃的思想，和 疯狂的 进取心 也还是有可能的。比如带着你的构思，论文去找他们谈。

Actually the pay in IBM lab is lower than other IBM division(IGS etc). And the people there is not genius. Most of them are doing very low-end jobs

Not now. Unless a business case can be made the managers are not allow to hire. Specially IBM PDC got a bunch of former PwC Consulting developers as a result of the big merge a couple of months ago.

如果是合同工作。6万2不算太高。才30元一小时。2002年年初我有个一个机会给IBM工作，做TD的试验原型项目，当时代理说是47一小时。
