虽然是你的责任,但他们可能比你了解中国的市场;至少让他们提供一些类似的中国、进口产品的情况,看看对手们的性能、价格、特定区域(没准你要做全国)的大致份额,然后你估计你会有多少销售额,预计多久盈利,盈利多少,还要看厂家对中国市场有多大的积极性,等等,MBA们会有翔实的答案;价格不是孤立的东西

Yes. My friends have suggested their price which I think is a little high.I'm their nominal employee, but my benefit depends on how much I can make for company. Says, if I make this deal, I can get a basic pay. And if I win the deal with a lower price than they expect, I'll get much more pay. So I don't want to just follow their sugestion. They have distribution network in Mainland China, HK, TW, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Seems no many guys have similar experience in North America. Anyway, thanks!

Largely, it depends on how many you could sale for one year, how long you could pay, before, after shipping. It's hard to estimate price without these information.If you can't sale some volume, you even can't be that general representative.
