这个是纸上谈兵的意见为什么要“CC给SS一个免费使用PATENT的OFFER”？可以尝试让 CC 收取 SS royalty 吗？这样产权、利益都比较明晰。
至于后边的合作，我学的案例里是用互换股票的方法。这个牵涉到财会、金融、法律方面的问题比较多，不是三言两语说得明白的了。其实我自己也不是太明白 ：-（

No. But accountant deals with business set up. MBA is just management. When I was working in the Bank, all the issuing of bonds and shares were done by the accounting department.
