according to Canadian law, you must leave if they ask you to leave. otherwise they can send you to the jail. But you can go to the small claim court to sue them.

if you refuse to leave , they can kick you out or call 911. the police will take you to the jail. because they rent that room , it is their property. you are not allow to enter that room all you life if they say so.
