最初这个职位是CONTRACT,我是今年9月才毕业,没有相关工作经验,所以是ENTRY LEVEL, 工资一般般,也没提到以后的工资问题,在公司里做了一个多月时,正好有一个人QUIT,老板就叫我顶上,现在是我一人干两个POSITION的工作,不过CONTRACT的工作基本做完,现在就剩日常维护了.

When do you expect your diploma? I think there is always chance for well prepared people. I am doing web development, hope fully C and some assembly in the near future

I will get my diploma at the end of next year. I am trying to apply for the co-op now. I know no pain no gain, but since the situation of economy, I can hardly keep optimism.What courses you've learned in the University related to web development? I am learning HTML, Perl, CGI, and ASP now. Are these enough to be a entry level web developer? I appreiciate if you can give me some advice.

I think campus recruiment is a good chance for students. You know what, I just found there were 20 intership positions from IBM posted in my previous school's co-op office.:( I lost the chance because I've already graduated. I leaned some of the skills you mentioned above and I think they are very useful. I also learned Java and J2EE

NO, I don't think anybody else other than those who joined the intership program can take the job.The employers want to take advantage from government through hiring students, in order to get this advantage, they have to get through some official procedure with co-op office. Actually, it is quite competitive even for those currently enrolled students. I believe there is a same co-op office in your school. Why not have a try?
