just call the guy who promise u he will reply u today, don't say any words about ur offer tomorrow, just ask him does he have a reply for u yet?

Call them up for an extension of your offer, and tell them that you need more time to decide. Ask for one week is pretty reasonable.

Usually, an employment contract allows either party to cancel it (you quit or company let you go) during probation period. Read your contract carefully.
