One month ago I submitted my application to a university by person. The receptionist said I had opened the transcripts before. What a shame!I promise I didn't open them. All my documents are real. But why she said so? My heart was bleeding.

Making faulse transcript is not the special characteristic of Chinese. Amerians do, too. I read about a Forbes billionaire's story recently. He started his career by making a false high school transcript.
