工作学习 / 事业与工作 / 请问各位有经验的朋友：如果签了一个offer后，有第二个面试(second round)。应不应给去面试？如果第二个面试也得到offer，可不可以取消第一个？我现在的情况是一个已谈好salary,到了reference check阶段,另一个明天second round。

You can receive as many offers as ... but only accept one, you could use the other offers to bargain with the one you really interested.

My opinin: if that two companies belong to different industries, then you can go ahead to cancell one. Otherwise, you'd better keep ur promise to take the one you've already signed.

It doesn't matter how detail you have negotiated for the first offer. As long as you have not signed it, you are still a free man.

要去面试。第一个还在check reference，就不算已经拿到offer，有面试要继续去。你完全可以cancel offer，我们公司就有人来了一天就跑了的。
