俺也这么想,没压力的工作做长了,竞争力也就弱了.趁年轻, 挑战, 重复,跳槽,挑战,重复,跳槽........., 45岁后找个没压力的工作做两年,退休.(想的永远很美)

哪个公司大，就去哪个。第一份工作不要太看重钱。要看重工作的内容，尽量选择对将来发展有帮助的。BTW，这两份工是什么行业的？IT？如果是IT，挑战不会太大。因为工资偏低。Job Security也应该还行，除非公司关门。
