Please be specific. What kind of programm? C++, Java, Oracle, SAS...? There are so many. I started with marketing research company.There are about 200 such companies in Toronto alone. They all deal with numbers every day. The pay is about $25k to $30k. The salary is considered lower for a university graduate. So, people merely treat this as a training camp to gain experience.
