Even the $3000/month are after-tax payment, you can still get benefit(such as paid vacation, insurance, pension etc.) and better job security from that full time permanent job.

别以为PERMANENT IS REAL PERMANENT如果你在公司做时间长了，你会认识到PERMANENT没什么意思。看样子你现在的公司很想留你，如果你做的顺心，我劝你留下。有很多公司虽然给你所谓的PERMANENT JOB, 但是他们还是可以随心所欲的LAID OFF YOU. 而且，雇用一个PERMANENT的职位，比CONTRACT的工资低。只不过有些不疼不痒的BENEFITS。这花不了多少钱。

same opinion. If you have short time Canadian experience, keeping the old job would make your experience better.I heard somebody quitted his previous job because of another high salary offer, but he was fired in the probation period. How should he write his resume in this period.

为什么不？CONTRACT也一样交CPP、税。我两种都干过，税也交过，没多少便宜可占。4万2,每个月拿到手中只有2千5 不假，但是3000的算下来肯定小于2500。
