1.你回答的很好,除了一点,也许你应当找你的supervisor商量在先2。也许你应当让你的plan有更多的detail3.我以为他再问的是与你的工作有关的事情。虽然你很自豪你办了移民,但是还是应当谈工作。也许还有其他原因

别太为难自己了,你回答的很好。有些事并不是一、二句话说的清的。可能有更优秀的人或项目取消等等。BTW,能说一下是什么Position吗?谢谢!

再说两句:第一个问题,应该是考察你处理问题的条理性,不论你的
理念是什么,要有原则的处理问题,同时发生的问题,不同的公司理念不同,方法不同。你应该给你实际的例子,然后说明你为什么这么处理,这个并不是
要你的标准答案,而是看你处理问题的思路和方法。举自己想
当然的例子,也许自己中了套。
2。找工作不是短期目标,因为大家都明白,人家是问你他不了解
的方面,比如专业上;长期目标应该有具体的标准来衡量,为TD
作贡献的话不要讲,你知道人家要你吗?
3。移民是很多本地人根本不熟悉和了解的事物,说了白说。
所有的例子,应该是和你未来的工作相联系,没有人关心你的
雄心壮志,你的聪明才智,而是你能给公司干什么。

What is the position in TD? If it is a junior software developer position, your answer to question 2 imply you will jump to a higher position if it is possible.Maybe your predecessor left for the same reason. (Just for your reference).

I don't see anything wrong in your answers. And I don't see any importance in their questions either. You are applying IT job. These Qs seem to me are HR screening Qs, not professional stuff.TD or anyone who hires you based on just these Qs is a moron. Take a look again on the key requirements of the position. That shall be the true measures of your qualification, professional ones.

1.ok, but bad sample coz you're not applying a teller position.
2.bad, doesn't make sense to them.
3.bad , out of topic. the interviewer didn't see any benefits there.if I were you (just my personal opinion, again)
1. I'll try to prioritize the problems, and will be going to solove that issue which i could solve it quickly first, and will ask for my manager's suggestions.
2. to be sync with TD business goals, and keep on developing myself and my team to catch up any skills according to TD business requirement.
3. list one or two your achievements which would be definitely demonstrate your skills, focus on problem-solving and team-working.

Your 3 answers were real typical Chinese answer, not a western answer, since you deal with western people; you should think their way. Answer 2, 3 seems FAKE, HUGE AND EMPTY.

和具体位子有关系,突出TEAM WORK,不要太Aggressive应该没错,技术问题要答对,运气也许是最重要的。
